We got a 150cc gy6. And don't believe everything you see! It took both of us to bend the tube. He was just posing. we try and work on it a little each day. Got the black rivets in today for the panels. Stillup in the air about the floor. Was gonna try expanded metal with some of the racer plastic over it.
He wants me to make a upright exhaust with a flapper like the big rigs. We also intend to mount a super soaker to the roof with a water tank on the back rack. Gonna use a washer pump from a car to power it!

xbird, i'll be contacting you about some front wheels soon if you still got them.

So glad you finally gave us a peek The project is looking phenomenal. This will be a life-long memory for your son (of course you too!)-IMO- perfect experience for a son & dad

Dude your "Man Cave" is as full as mine!!!!

By the way- my kid's have begged me twice to put a water cannon on the buggies, I haven't yet since that doesn't make them run!!! but have got several designs in my head for a passenger seat-over the hood gun using a lumbar support compressor into a water tank.

Yeah the man cave is pretty stuffed at this time. Our metal shed that stored all the boys ride on toys collapsed last winter. So it some how migrated to my garage.

I'm working on a design to make the roof mounted cannon controlled by a joystick! Got the complete assembly from a drivers side remote mirror. The kind that used the cable not electric. We'll see.

Gotta get this done soon. The wife served me for divorce two days before Thanksgiving and don't know where i'll be next year.

Ingenius idea about the controls for the super soaker. Sorry to hear about the divorce though-(never easy)-I hope your bond with the son stays strong.
