spyderbox dies

I have a Yerf Dog spyder box and it dies whenever i have a passenger get in?
Runs fine solo but as soon as someone even try's to get in it will die and not restart till they get out?

Have you checked around the seat for any wires? The way these buggies shut off is by closing a circuit (the green switch) to ground.

seems as though you have a weight issue when someone gets in something is shorting out and grounding the buggy and basically killing it. I'd go through and check the wires for any chaffing. Trace one of the ones from the green switch to the back of the buggy where it plugs in, just a starting point.
