Default Fresh From The Paint Booth

Hi all,
Chassis is freshly out of the paint booth as of 4:00pm today. My dad is a custom painter and helped me out to save some time. The a arms and rear swing arm will be shot in black to give the buggy some contrast with the diamond plate flooring and the black rci seats and blue seatbelts.

It depends. Right now I have a brand new crated 16hp with a trailboss transmission that has all been rebuilt and shafts turned down for a comet series 40. I didn't plan on getting this involved with the project, although It is super light the way it sets right now it weighs only 175lbs, but the motor transmission, aluminum flooring , fuel tank etc. isn't in it either, so should weigh about 290 lbs when done. It is all dom nhra approved 1 inch o95 wall tubing. Anyways if I could get rid of my new clutch, motor and transmission I want to upgrade to a 4 stroke liquid cooled snowmobile engine. But if not I will run the setup that I have. With the gears that I am running, first gear is a 4.30 gear ratio which puts the roll out at a 51 mph speed. So time will tell, If I can sell it soon, thats the plan. Thanks for looking... Robert

Well yea, the tubing is the same tubing that USAC Midget spring cars build there cages with. It is well designed with all great parts. Fox Fully adjustable 16" shocks, MPC Disc Brakes, Douglas Racing Wheels, raptor rack and pinion, and everything else is put together as good as one can be put together. Thanks for looking Robert
