What Shocks to use

i am building a buggy but before i get started i would like to know what shocks would be good for jumping and trail riding i will be going over lots of though terrian so i want a smoothe ride. the front will have dobule A-arms and back will have a swing arm so if you now of any good shocks for this please repley.

So many choices -- that's very difficult to answer. I'll say Fox or any other quality rebuildable shock. A lot depends on your budget, and a lot depends on the weight of what it's going into and the length and configuration of the suspension components. Shocks in one regard should be one of the last things getting worked into the picture.
