400.00 needs a starter ! I have not herd it run , Was told it ran fine !

I don't really know anything about those, but it seem like a good deal to me. Worst case you could always flip it and put a few buck in your pocket for your trouble...

Parting it out would make your money back if it needs too much work, so that is a good deal.

Heh, there's that hammerhead frame base again. It's an upscaled version of your grasshopper. In addition to the same things we talked about this am, I'd ask him if he'll let you cut the padding off to check the tubing. Looks like it took a bunch of front end hits or endo'd hard. driver's side of the cage is definitely down. Bring a tape measure and check some diagonals across the frame. Also spend some time on the floor trying to spot if it's twisted at the floor level. If it's racked out, walk away.
