Default New guy from western australia

Hi all, i' ve just entered the black art of buggies, and am rebuilding a 150cc gy6 engined two seater buggy. It was marketed in australia as a ddr xt150gk. I would appreciate any info I can get regarding parts compatibility, previous experiences or anything else. Not much available to me locally, hoping the american brethren can help.cheers.

The roll cage design looks like a Kinroad - but what model, I don't know.

It appears kinroad did a one with the same model number as mine, xt150gk. Any idea on how to verify if this is it? The only piece I'm missing is an 8.5 Inch output shaft. Thanks very much for your efforts. P.s.any other aussies on this site?

It does look like a Kinroad, I will check my stock, I should have one. For the engine I would need to know if your valve cover has 2 or 4 bolts to fasten it to the head. Kinroad used the series A engines which have the 4 bolt. This is the most common series engine which has a ton of performance parts available for, however just because it looks like a Kinroad does not mean it will be the same. But the looks of it are promissing. Welcome aboard, I guess to the green people this is a black art but we do like to refer to it as an addiction for us big kids.
