Did you verify the orifices were all clear- use compressed air through them? Did you verify the jets were open and clean? The smallest bit of trash or varnish will effect performance-I'm not too bad at cleaning them and have had to re-clean one more than once to get all the trash out after running it for a short time, especially if it's been sitting for awhile.

Is the engine running the stock airbox (the big black one) or does it have an after market filter like a UNI?

If it has the Uni it should have around a 125 main jet, if it is stock it would be around a 114 or 115 main jet.

Did you check what size main jet was on it when you cleaned it? if it still has the stock jet on it it may not be getting enough fuel with the extra air the K&N filter is letting in.

You should post what is done to the engine so we can better help you. Any mods other than the air intake? how is the wiring is it clean and in good shape?

does any body make a kit that includes rack and pinion, ball joints,spindels,4x4 hubs that all go together for easy insluation or do you have to order all the parts from different suppliers and hope thay all fit.

I got my stuff from ************* they sell 4x4 hubs standard and heavy duty,

heavy duty spindles can be found but on a site that can't be posted here.

Ball joints can be found on BMI karts also but they are standard, the site that can't be linked sells the heavy duty ones with a life time warranty for $100.00.

The best bang for the buck mod will be to get rid of the ball joints all together and change to heims. It's a simple mod and all you need is a hole saw and a welder.

What's wrong with your rack? BMI sells them also, for the spiderbox.

i don't believe there is anything wrong with the rack and pinion. will the 4x4 hubs fit the spindles that come with the heims kit?

What do you mean about the 4x4 fitting the spindles? There is no heims kit, it is a modification you do to the a-arms on the front that makes them stronger, adjustable, and much better than the stock ball joints. You buy the Heims and weld in bungs, cut off the old tabs where the ball joints mount to, drill holes weld in the bungs and then screw in the Heims. Bolt on the stock spindles or the BD spindles, and done. The 4x4 hubs should fit as long as you have the correct size bearings installed in them (5/8" ID is the stock size).

Have you checked to see what your compression is or have you adjusted the valves?

Check spark @ spark plug, what color is it, what is your compression, were valves set cold or hot. On the carb when cleanning you need a dip to saok overnight then rinse with water and blow out with air. Jets aren't the only thing that gets plugged, the tiny orifices in the carb do as well. Carb cleanner is great for removing varnish but is not effective on removing the hardened residu or oxidation due to ethanol based fuel.
