I think most shy away from this motor for several reasons. One the cost, thats pretty steep for only 13 hp. and thats in Canadian coin. For the same cost you can get as much or more hp out of a gy6. Second, serviceability, that's not a commonly used motor so replacement parts would be few and far between. meaning -something as simple as a head gasket could take a month or two on the slow boat from china.

I have very interested in the FI kit for quite some time now and follow the threads on this subject, But to date have not heard any real positive news. Mostly folks having problem with the hardware or other mechanical issues. Plenty have got it to work but have yet to get it dialed in correctly. This ain't no "plug n play" thing ! One needs some carburation tuner skills to set it up! I have yet to hear any real positive comments or if the kit gives any substantial gains. From what I understand, the fuel pump is a big issue. The power requirements of the pump uses too much wattage leaving most with no power for lights and such. The kit is still new and folks are working with it but it will take some time and fiddleing to get the bugs worked out. it has great potential so I'm just hanging out till a few more of the gliches have been worked out then I'll jump in there.
