As long as you don't mind putting some time, $s and fabbing into the front end, sounds like a decent trade. Just remember there's, no reverse on the yerf.

why what's wrong with the front-end

search "spiderbox front end upgrade" here and you'll find a lot of information. basically they're a little on the weak side with a poor turning radius. typically stronger spindles, ball joints, steering rack modification (to improve turning radius) and some attention to the front end "box" mount setup are needed on these. Lots of spiderbox owners here, lots of info and different options.
