Help to ID this Jehm-newbie
Have an 04 Jehm pictured here. Came with zero paperwork. And no model stickers or anything
Can anyone give me an idea what model it is, what size engine and type, or where to look for identifying marks? She has backup gear, park brake, front discs, I think one rear disc not 2. I see folks have shared some manuals here, which is very cool. |

Check it out
Welcome to the forum, glad to have you here, I'd be safe in saying that you have the standard gy6 150CC honda clone engine in that buggy. You could probably google the year and make of the buggy and just compare it to some of the pictures available to see what exact model it is. I will say this, that is one good looking buggy for the year it is, so you got a good find there! does it run as good as it looks?!l p.s. there are tons of performance upgrades for this type of engine!

frame configuration appears identical to a carter 150 of same year. Chassis parts would interchange with Carter or Dazon. Universal type 150 cc motor. confirm motor by checking identifier code located on drivers side bottom of crankcase, near oil drain plug. The 150 will be stamped 157QMJ

thanks guys, I will dig around the frame and motor a bit more.
Drilling around the net did not hit a pix like mine but the similarities are amazing. Seems a single factory in China cranked out all kinds of labels, colors, and welded up configs. But the running gear, dash box, pedals, shifters look like they came from the same box. I guess the posted manuals are pretty close. When I saw this buggy it was really clean, everything worked, and it ran about as fast as I could stand except the front end bottomed out a bit in the fields. It was a blast on dirt! |

What does the label on the side of the body say, that could be a huge clue(can't see it in the pics). It does look really clean, and i like the color.
