Bigger replacement plug

So i am thinking of going to a bigger replacement plug. I stripped my plug threads and fixed it with a helicoil and it worked fine, before my cdi and electrical problems. The only issue is that the helicoil does not have the proper pitch to use the stock plug, and i dont want to screw the coil up by possibly forcing it down into the cylinder. I would much rather go up to a 12mm plug and rethread the plug hole. Anyone know of a replacement plug i should get and what pitch the hole should be threaded to?

The pitch is 1.25. I had to rethread/repair 2 honda heads(gx200 and atc 200s) and they were both 1.25. They were, however, different sizes, the gx took a 14mm, while the atc is a 12mm.

Google the numbers on your existing plug and find the heat range, then I would head to the auto parts store and find the one guy who knows more than what the employee handbook told him, they should be able to hook you up. I have my guy at oreilly's, but you can't have him, lol

I retapped the block to 12mm x 1.25 and used a D8HA from NGK. its a step colder, but NGK totally skipped that size in a 7 heat range. Only made a 6 and an 8.

Cool, no pun intended. Glad to see it wasn't a hassle getting a plug, and the bigger ones seem more plentiful at parts stores.
