Default Blew the cobwebs out ...

So after basically two years of non-stop garage lunacy, I finally cleaned cleaned up my mess. First off was a 1.5 ton haul to the salvage yard yesterday. Nice little pile of green in my pocket. Today it was time to clean off the workbench .... That is, the workbench that I swore years ago I would never turn into a workbench and gave plenty of grief to those who did such things!

I mean, really, look at the crap i have on her!

After all, the garage was her domain before the buggy addiction came along.
Here she be getting a new exhaust with plenty of work room around ....

So rolled out, (an old pic actually) charged up and with a brand spanking oooolllldddd inspection (march) of .......... 2012 I decided it was high time to light her up and make sure the gas would still fire. Which it did. After a 1/2 hour 40 amp charge with a 200 amp boost! 5 minutes and a quarter tank of gas later she's back in her place running on fumes and daddy has a big

Man I forgot what a stress/tension release the old girl was ...
Now, time to fix the header/collector that got smashed to the floorboards about 1 week after the 2nd picture was taken! (2 1/2 years ago)

I know that feeling. Took a day off from the madness of work and home to take my girl out for some much needed high speed stress relief this last sunday, and boy was it nice. Weather was perfect, no rain, good friends and fast bikes.

I wouldn't call mine a widow, at least not yet. She understands what I am doing, and even she wants to drive it when I'm done. Even talked to her about picking up a crossfire from a friend so she has something to play around with. I think I am going to need a bigger garage.....
