Question Rollers v/s Sliders

Can I get some opinions on the differences between rollers and sliders, which is better. What size sliders/rollers would you recommend for woods riding and hill climbing

Sliders last longer more durable... also sliders and rollers are 2 grams difference. Example 10 gram roller is the same as 12 gram sliders. If you need more climbing power then you have go lighter on your weights. Don't know what you have.

Right now I have a Kazuma, go ahead and laugh, soon will be buying a HH 150 GTS though. A friend of mine and myself done some work on the Kazuma by adding a cage to utilize the top motor mounts on the motor due to a cracked bottom mount. It has decent power only mods done to it was a proper re-jet and 10 gram rollers, was doing decent til the broken mount incident. Just looking for added advice on a good set-up for my future purchase of the HH
