I've been thinking...
Was wondering about finding unique ways to tow after seeing an add for a t-bar trailer nearby. Some guy used it to tow his buggy that way (odd way).
Of course, I'll probably (99.9999999%) go with a regular trailer when I get it, but this is fun to think about. What if you took one of these and added something like a car tow dolley at the other end. Front wheels of the kart rest on that, and the dolly holds the rears. Of course they would also be attached in the middle with supports of some kind, but as the kart is light enough duty for something like that, wouldn't (in theory) it work?

Oh I will. But I was just toying around with the idea
Just like I toy around with the idea of making solid state rocket fuel and messing with it....https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yUYxk-y-tU8

I agree with Bear. Get the welder. Then you can find a crappy trailer and make it yours.

Got a sweet deal on my trailer, 4x8 with sides, anchor points, lights, & a spare set of tires for $100 from an elderly man who didn't need it anymore!!! MAJOR SCORE!!!

I'll probably go that route after I get some welding experience under my belt. My dad's friend has a welder (didn't say what kind) and he's bringing it over sometime soon so we can mess with it a bit.

That is cool. 1st hand experience is the best. As long as the instructor knows the proper and safe way.

I know he's very skilled elsewhere (completely re-did the kitchen/basement/bathrooms of the house they just moved to) so I can only assume he's good with the welder too
