Old Yerf Dogs Never Die!
They continue to avoid the recycling piles and instead get re-used for every last bit!
Early this year I got to thinking "hmmm, we move several thousand kids through our Indoor mini/laser tag in b-day parties each year ... each kid gets a can of soda as party of the deal .... " So that led to bags upon bags of rather nasty old soda cans accumulating in my scrap shed. Finally got around to making a crusher. Aside from a spring, 3 pieces of angle iron and 3 pieces of flat plate, everything else came from the yerf, either old tube remnants or parts that i made and chopped off later. By the time the range season ends, i usually have about 4-5 5-gallon buckets of aluminum club heads. I think i might be able to afford 1/2 of a rear shock soon! |
