Default carter gtr 250

I recently bought a carter gtr 250. The ignition switch does not work. what wires do I need to jumper in order to try and start it up? It is a five wire. I bought a five wire switch for a buggy but the connectors are not the same.

It is probably your CDI or your coil if you aren't getting any spark.

Verify the wiring is correct, then work from there.
