Gy6 labor knocking
Ok so i rejetted my crossfire since its been getting colder and now its started randomly labor knocking? Went from a 130 main to 135.

Tried a higher octane fuel?

Im going too but if it was gonna labor knock it should have done it ever since it was rebuilt and running leaner.
Here is the list of mods... Crossfire 150 Uni filter Some sota ebay glasspack style muffler off a buggy at the junkyard 60mm jug with HC piston Big port head with SS valves and titanium springs A-12 cam 135 main 38 pilot 12g sliders yellow clutch springs yellow contra custom oil cooler |

Is it actually getting enough fuel though? Might still be lean from other reasons.

try going back down to the 130, the 135 might be to big

ill try the 130 again just to make sure the knock goes away.....it should be getting plenty....its got a big riding mower tank with 1/4in lines and a big clear glass filter.

muffler may be the prob.

same muffler ive had on it for months.....that whole list of stuff was done a few months ago and its been running like a top till the weather changed

Update....93 octane gas has seemed to fix the issue.....and ive acquired a rare and mythical factory 26mm cv carb off a 75 buck carter brothers 150cc buggy
