I used a electric box from home depot or lowes and love it. Some people also use plastic containers with lids.

This is a military surplus first aid kit box with a water tight o-ring sealed lid. I cut from the swing-arm the original plate with the cut outs that hold the cdi, solenoid and resister, and used it inside the box. along with a 6 circuit fuse block and a ground junction block.

just a poop deflector to keep mud and chain lube off of the uni. it basically only went up to the crossbar.
