Default Mikuni, Oko Carburetor Or What To Install

I have researched and talked with people and still so confused on the best setup as far as carburetor model, size, etc. I see so many ads on Mikuni but they look like keihin.

Can you all help me on what is the best performance carb that has easy to find parts such as jets and easy install on buggies?

I am building up a big bore and would love to hear more opinions.

Here is an image attached of what I have been told is Mikuni. Is it correct? Is it easy to install?
