Default Kandi 250fs NO SPARK

Purchased 3 months ago a Kandi 250fs and we only knew that when we ran VIN check on VIN plate. We did not know much about accept we call it our frankenstein. It had a no spark right off the bat, but we replaced or DC CDI, ignition coil, solenoid, trigger pickup, stator, plug, and a few other things. Pretty sure we have good grounds but for some reason there has to be something wrong somewhere in the wiring since we replaced all the obvious. So hoping someone can put us in the right direction we would greatly appreciate it. We are at our wits end. As we have to even ride this at all. We are not going to give up on it and Kandi has not been 100% for the coming with a whole lot. So what else can we try or test. Please be specific.
Thank you for your time

Make sure kill switch is not made or bad. Check Ign. switch, it may work in start mode but does not turn on the ignition.

When you say make sure kill switch is made, what do you mean by that, yes I need explaining..lol. and ignition switch how can we determine if that is the no spark issue?

If the kill switch if on you will not have spark for it kills the spark. If the switch is bad it will also cause a no spark.

OK we replaced the ignition switch with new one to be on safe side, replaced a kill switch new. Still no spark, reading wiring diagrams is showing some things that may be hooked wrong, we tried doing correctly. But we still have no spark, oh my goodness, any ideas????

Since you have replaced everything new, you will have to grab your schematic and volt meter and find where the problem is. Something is not getting either 12 volts or a ground. You can download the service manual from American Sport Works for the model 7150. It will give you a step by step instruction on checking the system.

OK found out why it lost spark after we briefly had it, the new trigger pick up switch we put in, some how some way one of the wires got pinched when and broke in half..geesh, ordered new trigger but in mean time put old one back on and we have no spark again, we have 2 more DC cdi boxes coming also. Our question is with that trigger switch wire broke in half would that have burned up the cdi box some how with us trying to start it?

OK since we put old trigger switch back in could it be we can test it, other then ohming it? It seems to ohm good but how can we tell if maybe the signal is too weak from that trigger pick up, the original one? Exact directions would be greatly appreciated..and thank you for your reply.

we have continuity of trigger coil, with the new one that was in and the wire got pinched and broke in half we were wondering if since the wire was cut and touching metal because it was caught inside the cover where trigger switch goes, we thought since broke wire was touching the metal cover that somehow by doing so it burned up cdi since we tried starting not knowing at the time of the trigger coil broke and touching bare metal, but thought might have fried cdi somehow.
But since put old coil in many the signal is too weak, even though it has continuity.
We have new cdi and trigger switch comin but we can fix broke wire on other switch and maybe try that again in mean time. Stumped.

Just like any other switch the trigger either works or doesn't. You can repair that broken wire by stripping both ends sliding some shrink tubing over one end then soldering the wire together. Make sure the trigger wire is disconnected from the harness and using an alligator clip as a heat sink just prior to trigger itself heat the joined wires just enough so that when you touch the solder to wire it melts and sucks itself all through the wire. You should only use a pencil type iron since it is a lower wattage than the gun type. You will also need the super thin solder about the diameter of a stick pin. You want to keep the heat to a minimum so just to melt the very thin solder.

Spark should be a bright blue in color a yellow spark is weak. If spark is weak than you need to go to that manual I mentioned earlier to download and follow the step by step instructions to find where the problem is.
