I'm back with a new toy a 2007 Joyner Sand Viper 250
I finally got the buggy that I really wanted, the Joyner 250 Sand Viper
 . I got it off of CL for $500, but it needs a lot of love. Don't get me wrong, I still love my little HH 150, but I wanted something a little more without going to the dark side. I've been doing a lot of research and have started to fix it up a little. For now I will be concentrating on going through the chassis (which I'll post here), and also be going through the engine, which I'll post in the engine thread (it'll be extensive  ). For now here is a pic of the buggy, it's actually the CL pic.

The only down side is that the registration was expired by 6 months, so the DMV got a little chunk. However, driving my truck and trailer there, I think I broke every traffic law in the book. I doubt that my tires were even touching the ground on the way to get it
 .

Hammerhead exhaust. Blade Single Seater Restore welded cage, engine build, new wiring harness/electric box, spun aluminum fuel tank. |
