Default Helix 150 go cart spark problems

I am new to go carts and picked up a Helix 150. In really good condition with the exception of no spark. The seller said that it needed a stator. I have replaced the stator, CDI, coil and plug. And still no spark. I by passed the two kill switches that I know about. Once I had every thing replaced I had spark temporarily than lost it. Pulling off hair that I don't have. What am I missing. Have fuel and food compression.

Yes the one to the cvt cover grounds the engine. You will also have another going to chassis.

You should have a chassis ground in your electrical box.
