Default Yerfdog spiderbox exhaust - how does muffler mount to side case?

I have a spiderbox without a muffler on it and need to reinstall. I am embarrassed to say I'm not sure I'm missing a bushing or something. (sorry if i need to move this to gy6 engine tech forum?)

Is there a piece I'm missing besides the bolt. (I bought a metric 10mm bolt but its too small for the threads and I feel like using giant washers would still allow movement with rough terrain over time). Is it 12mm?

So how does this mount properly so the exhaust studs don't snap again inside head again?

A high temp grommet is in the muffler bracket. A bolt with split washer and fender washer is on the outside. You can hard mount the muffler and just fit a flat washer into the opening that will take up the diameter to fit the bolt.

Thanks! I feel like an idiot asking but any idea what size bolt? My hardware store doesn't have anything that fits correctly (tried buy everything metric close).

Anybody else know a part number for grommet - I'm guessing they are unavail. now.

Sound like I may have to skip it and just go with the suggestion of fender and lock washer once I figure out bolt size\length.

Take the threaded barrel with you to the store - It is held to the case with another bolt from the inside. It's been too long for me to remember the size. I do remember the exhaust studs are M6x1.00 unless they are oversized at M8.
