Jetting thoughts
OK, I'll probably be firing up my Type-86 motor project this weekend for the first time. It's a GY6 trailmaster motor with a KDU stroker crank (+8mm) and a 62mm jug. The carb is a Mikuni VM26-606 with a 25 pilot jet and 200 main jet. I'm at sea level in MA. Should come out to around 199cc, any thoughts on initial jetting?

as a point of reference for you, i have chinese 250cc quads i sell and i sell them with the 606 already installed. they usually run great with the stock jetting 22.5 pilot, 190 main. now i just put one in an SSR sr189 dirtbike of a customer and it was 17.5 pilot/ 230 main. most 150's i jet are 15/17.5 pilot with a main range of 180-200 looking at it and i might be wrong cuz no 2 motors jet the same but not reading the motor thread i'm gonna guess 22.5 pilot, 210-230 main.......just a guess, let me know if i was close. p.s. working on your kit today so you'll be hearing from me.
