CVT/DR Pulley washers
Ok, so the DR Pulley variator comes with washers that I never used on my stock GY6 crank, but the KDU crank I'm using on my stroked trailmaster engine seems like the splines are longer, so I need to either use the washers after the boss (as directed in the optional instructions) or some after the fan as I can't bolt down tightly to the fan without running out of threads and hitting the splines. So, would I be better off keeping the variator fan plate as snug as possible (no washers) to the boss and adding washers to cover the end of the splines after the fan plate and crank down the bolt on those? I think the thread locker I was using was a bad tube too, as I didn't have too much issue spinning of some bolts i tested it on. I'll be using loc-tite red on this bad boy now.
