Default Carter talon 250cc Honda engine swap

Hello, I’m new to this forum. I’ve built a few buggies and plan on taking my Carter Talon GSX150 and swapping in the motor out of a 1992 Honda CB250 Nighthawk. The gy6 in the buggy has seen better days and I would like to build a manual buggy. I picked up the motorcycle for free so it’s the perfect candidate. If you guys have any advice it would be greatly appreciated!

That buggies suspension is doing all it can do with the 150cc. Imagine hitting a harsh hole or bump at even greater speed.

My first thought was, bigger tires, better suspension, and gear it for torque not top end. Now if you have a really smooth and flat riding area, lower it, short tires, and gear it for top end..lol

Ok I'm no help here, I'll shut up now..
