Help with brakes/upgrades
I just bought a TaoTao Arrow 150 brand new. The brakes are scary terrible. Is there anything I can do to improve them with bolt-on's? I'm not really sure on how to go about getting parts or anything. I am mechanically inclined, but not a welder/fabricator.
