07 Helix 150cc Help
HI Everyone
I just picked up this helix 150. I put a new carb and ignition key on so far. She will start but die right away. I thought it was a carb issue but it is not. I think I narrowed it down to a vacuum issue. There is no airbox , valve cover hose and transmission hoses are not connected. Would this cause the issue? I put a new plug in to. The plug gets oil on it and no gas. Putting gas or starting fluid in carb or spark plug does nothing It still has the same result . Starts and dies. I hear hissing coming out of carb after trying to start it for awhile. Any help would be great!! Bigfoot Balls |

Also has great spark and the petcock works.

Carb problem
If it wont start on ether, then there is no spark. Or at least not at the correct time. A partially severed flywheel key will cause this. Cheap and easy to fix.
A bad coil is 100 times more expensive. When you check your flywheel key, and its OK, then you are right there to meter your ignition coil. |
