Need help identifying buggy

[Odd One]

So I've been talking with this guy who has a buggy for sale that he does not know what it is and I can not identify. Does anyone have an idea what it might be. It is 250cc, has a gear box and has independent rear axles that are independently chain driven, kinda like the giant monster quad that was built for Baja racing. I think I want it to graft the back half onto my Yerf Spiderbox. Really been wanting independent rear and I would gain reverse
as well as stepping up to 250CC. Sorry for the pic quality, they are all I have at this point. The top cage looks home made, but I believe the rest is factory. Thanks for any help.

I have found some images for a Kandi Spyder, which I think was make by Roketa, that has similar rear suspension set up and frame side tubes, but rear frame work and front suspension do not match up.
