Default New (used) Carbide Go Kart Camber/steering question

I just purchased a used Carbide Go Kart. The top of the front tires are slanting/leaning in and the steering alignment is off where one tire can be straight forward and the other one is turned about 20 degrees in relation to the other. I am new to the Go Kart thing and wondering if there are any suggestions on what parts to replace or look at to correct this. I know the wheel bearing is bad on one front wheel.

Replace wheel bearing. Check bushings in the control arms. Make sure none of the steering rods are bent. I'd look the front end over real good as the way the front wheels hang out people like to smack them into trees
