Default Trailmaster 300 xrs Carberator Help Please !

Hey Everyone New to forum. Just purchased Trailmaster 300 xrs off saferwholesale's site. First wheel was missing and thankfully they honored the issue with the replacing a wheel we never received in shipping lol but now experiencing what seems to be a carb issue on what it looks like to be where the throttle rotates and whatever helps the suction vaccum peice next to it to go back to idle back down. Anyone have a diagram for this veks4 and CV30 carberator or know what peice this is so we can replace or have company send another spring or whatever it could be causing revving up and the motor not going back to idle back down.
Any info help links anything would be so greatly appreciated to help with this matter.
Thank you for any input so much

You should have received an owners manual with parts list with your buggy. Could be a bad carb but they should be able to help you TS and resolve your problem.
