Hello. New member here!
Last year I acquired two Dazon 150cc raider classics in on a trade. One was a roller and the other wasn't starting. I got the one not starting going by changing out the top end. The piston was severely grooved. That one was fun diagnosing! But it's a blast to ride now!
The second one was missing pretty much everything. Brakes, motor, carb, half the electronics. It took awhile to find a motor to work with internal reverse. But I got one of ebay. It runs quite well and I'm happy with it. I do have some sliders and new spring coming for it. The problem I'm having is I'm missing 2 parts. I need the double drive sprocket 19 spline (apparently Dazon made 3 different drive sprockets). I've ordered multiple sprockets and they are the wrong ones. I found a single sprocket that fits and I'm running that now. The other thing I am missing is the "Shaft, Gear Shifting York". Thats the shaft coming out of the gearbox for shifting from F, N or reverse. If anyone has some old Dazons they are willing to part out I would greatly appreciate it!
