i personally use 75w90 synthetic in my hammerhead but i would think 80w90 would work fine. i don't know how much the carbide holds though. there are others on here with that buggy that will tell you.

Down load the helix service manuals at the top of this page both machines use the same engine.

i use 4 oz of 75 weight synthetic but 80/90 is also listed look at the service manuals to see what to remove olderthan

i still check thru the level screw but mine takes 115cc or 4 fluid oz olderthan
