Default Oil Screen 150cc

When changing oil in the 150cc, does the oil screen go open end up (like a cup), or open end down (like a dome)?

that's a pretty good question. Go to the tech section and download the service manual and see if it shows you.

It shows it open side up, which is how I reinstalled it....but it fits better open side down. Strange. I am going to trust the manual and see what happens.

I didn't put it back on. I didn't see any purpose in having it on.
