Default Engine Change - wiring not exactly the same - HELP!

So, my engine was smoking and rebuilding was going to cost as much as a new one. I opted for the new one and everything is going together great.

EXCEPT, the stator wiring on the old engine had 6 wires which as I understand includes the kill switch (which I have no problem eliminating). The new engine has 5 wires and is missing the red black CDI power wire. I did receive the Regulator and a new CDI box. The wiring and plugs are different as you can imagine. So I really need some support to help me get this engine running.

I am capable of rewiring the engine to make it run if someone can give me some guidance regarding the proper pin arrangement for the CDI box and such.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

FWIW: I guess I could remove the stator from the old engine move it to the new engine but that would really suck. If that is an easier route, and is possible, please advise.

What type of engine & buggy? Posting pics of what bought and what you have would help. Using the CDI and regulator that it came with is what I'd use-
