Default Fender mod

I can't resist the urge to fool around with stuff. In preparation for bigger tires, I could either remove the rear fenders, or try to create more room. Since I ride on a lot of dust, gravel, weeds and briars, Id like to keep my fenders. I made some mounts using some bar stock from Lowes. Just drilled 'em out using the original mounts as a pattern.
Not being a fabricator, I think I did okay.

Looks like it did the job, that's what really counts. I would use nylock nuts to keep them in place without the vibration making something come loose.

Thanks! I just used some stuff I had in the garage. :-) I'm sure I'll be doing some more tweaking before I'm done. I'm already thinking up something to space them out a little more from the body as well.
