Default Won't start when the engine is cold.

How would I get a piston to not stick. once it warms up there is no problem.it is a hammerhead 250. Have to start it with a shot of starting fluid when it's cold. I think it's a sticky piston any suggestions. Noticed gas coming back in air filter . Once it's warm it will start every time.

Are there any conditions that will allow it to start when cold? For example, it is not uncommon on these things to be very cold natured. On our machine, if you even think about touching the gas pedal when cold, it will never fire. It wants you to crank it and never touch the gas until it has had a chance to warm up for a minute or two and then you can start feathering the gas on it to get it to catch.
