Default Tom Spanking a 500cc Buggy with His 250cc Coolster

Here's a vid of Tom showing off in a buggy drag race against a 500cc buggy. This is Tom's Coolster 250cc modified with his performance parts that he sells at www.sycpowersports.com

The second vid looks like it is against the Carter 300 which is one hell of a nice machine. Nice job! What mods are on the Coolster?

This is the same buggy I done my write up on about the large cam and ported and polished head. The lower end is stock for now, I have the Harley House large cam with my ported and polished modified head, TK variator, Hit clutch, stock carb with a .40 pilot and 140 main jets, K&N filter,MRP exhaust. The final drive and sprockets are stock as well as the tires. The cam made a huge difference but the head brought out the best of the cam for the biggest difference. TOM

It is a 250 GTR Interceptor, he did quite a few mods at our campsite that weekend on it. It climbs real well also. It also barked the tires on pavement. One moment he will never live down though are of ChuckO towing him out of the Florida backwoods with his Joyner 250 on a flat rear tire nonetheless. The only thing that keeps me from possibly adding one to the stable is the struts. Tom has a very impressive machine and is a super cool nice guy, can't wait til next year to get to know him better and the rest of the gang.

He has that SYM engine in it which is a strong running engine stock, in fact they come with 4 valve heads which make a huge difference over the 2 valve head. Both he and Funnyman who also runs the 4 valve head got me off the line and took me until half track or more to pass them. TOM

As long as they are born with all their parts and healthy. One buggy year is equal to 25 human years, and the mom is no spring chicken and the risks are high for defects. If they don't mis carriage they may have to be taken by c section. And that can get ugly for Chucks buggy. TOM
