Default Engine Dying??

I have a runmaster 150, it has a gy6 motor on it and every time i left off the gas it will die...any suggestions? I have a brand new carb but i dont know if i need to put it on... Also what can i do to it to make it faster?

Have you checked all the fuel delivery items to verify that it's getting good flow?An intake leak can cause it too.

Will it idle? Where are you located, what kind of driving are you doing, what is the terrain like and when refering to cheap ways, what king of budget are you talking about. Also what year Runmaster do you have.

It will idle When you first start it up but not after you let off the throttle, in the country most and woods. I think it's a 05?.. Under like 50$ is my budget

First thing you will need to do is disassemble and thourally clean the carb by soaking and blowing out all jets and orifices with compressed air. Sounds like you may have a plugged pilot jet. I would then check for any vacume leaks as well as adjust the valves. What color is your spark plug. You may also want to do a compression test. I suggest you get it running good first then worry about going faster.
