Default dumb question from indiana

This is prolly a dumb question but I've heard 2 different opinions. I've bought new tires for my hammerhead 250 and do I just take the center nut off and take the wheels off that way or remove the 4 bolts? I have to take these today to have them put on because were taking it on vacation in a couple days.
Thanks for your help!!
Chris
As far as mod's I've made thus far, HH Exhaust, 40 pilot jet, 140 main jet, 19 gram sliders that are not in yet but laying in the passenger seat, Uni filter. Next up is a new clutch and variator if anybody wants to give me some advice on this, Dr. Pulley sounds like the best so far...

I have a Joyner 250, so don't know if it's the same or not. I pulled the 4 bolts to pull the rims when I got new tires. They came off easy. The prob was finding a tire shop that could get the small rims on the machine. I didn't want to take them to the motorcycle shop. 25 bucks a tire....and they are kind of jerks (:
