Default Took the helix trail riding

For the most part we do a lot of flat tracking on my track. Last night my brother in law called and said they were going riding at a mutual friends house where he has some pretty good trails. I said heck with it and loaded up the helix and headed out. I know I'm always tooting the helix horn but this thing really does just keep on going. Mind you these are four wheeler trails and there are plenty of obstacles but it went through all that like a champ and even with a passenger. The one down side to the helix when trail riding however is in fact it's long wheel base. There were a few turns that we had to turn into three point turns. In these spots the carbide would be the better machine because it has a much better turning radius. We did have to get off one time because I went too slow through some ruts but when we went through it again, I stayed in the gas and slid right across.

Man what a blast.

Unfortunately, the GTR would never make it through these simply because it is so widea. There are some tight areas regarding trees.

We also took the talon and reaction 150 for some trail riding at my neighbors house. It was a great day for it. KPlummer
