Default Need to Identify Carb

I have a Manco 606 Magnum Express running a Robin 6.5 hp 169cc motor. I believe I am having carb issues. I took carb off and used carb cleaner just around the outsides ( I didnt want to take apart if I were not to rebuild it). Cleared all the old gas out and there was a torn gasket on the back side were the carb met the engine.
The carb itself is a Mikuni but no other numbers are visible. And the only way i can get the engine to start is when I pour a little gas down the air intake. Anyway, it is more than likely a carb problem, my question is if anyone might have the same make and model that know the numbers? Or if there are other carbs that are interchangable? Here are a couple pics.

I guess I need to identify so I can atleast try to find some kind of diagrams online. Looks as though there is a choke on this carb but no way to use it.

THANKS ALOT!!

Ok, so after looking online, I have figured that my motor is in between a ex17 (6 hp) and an ex21 (7hp). So, does this mean it is an ex17 or 21? I have found the Minuki carb diagram also. They used the same one for both motors. Hopefuly I can use this to do a detailed cleaning and or rebuilding of the carb.

Cleaning is all that's needed- clean/blow out all orifices and jets, verify the float and main valve are functioning. There should be a choke- the pics aren't clear enough for me to be sure but the black lever should be it- on the front butterfly. With the aircleaner on there should be another lever that push/pulls it.
