Default reaction 150

Need Help!!! go kart won't go. I have a Baja Reaction BR-150 L4V. Engine runs, clutch spins, and looks ok outside, (I can't get the nut off clutch to take it appart though). Transmission gears look good when I took the cover off, shifter moves in forward and reverse. I think there is something going on between the centrifugal clutch and the transmission but can't find what the connection is. Is there a gear somewhere i'm not seeing?

I have the same buggy.
The clutch bell should be directly connected with the transmission input shaft.
Turning the bell should turn those gears!

I know the shifter cables on these are very sensitive about how they are adjusted.
The shift cables on these tend to get frozen in the cable sheath.
There are a number of threads on how to lube them up, it is a common problem.
Also, with this buggy, when the rpm's are too high it won't shift between gears. (F-N-R)

the belt is ok but turning the bell on the clutch does nothing. after looking at the manuals (thanks for those) i need to get the clutch off and see what's going on in the transmission. Thanks for all the help... this has been a great forum.

You will need a impact to get that nut off of there easily!
