Actually, if you look at the specs, right off the bat I really like the fact that it's only 54 inches wide.

Not that I could afford a 300, but do you know how much they want for it?

There will be a 600cc version with 4wd next year.

There's also a new buggy-style Carter coming out called the "Revo" in 150cc and 300cc flavors.

That's not really too out of line on pricing if they in fact are good solid machines. Plus that's retail price. Eventually that will be negotiable.

When I met some of the Carter brass at the trade show they were very impressive. They are putting a lot of effort into the quality of all their new projects. During my conversion I kept pressing them on their 150cc line of buggies and in a nut shell they said the old stuff is DOA. Carter is returning to what is once was. An over the top quality company.

These guys have been around a long time and it's nice to see them get a handle of quality over quanity. They are the only "Buggy" company that really got directly involved with buggy owners and their rallies.

Push for January, I'll have all new vacation time. I would love to make a trip down there.

With a little luck we could get some more northern boys and gals down there.

Hmmmm...Well they are certainly different. What's the current timeline for them to be available for purchase?

The more I look at the Matrix, the more I like it. No way in hell I could stand the 150 in that big of a machine though.

I definitely see a potential for a lack of power in these buggies. As for availability, I thought they were already out for purchase?

In what way?

They are the ONLY company putting 4-valve heads stock on their buggies, and the SYM engine is way better in quality than the GY6 engine. Plus, they will be available in 150cc, 300cc and 600cc flavors.

Other than being nowhere near as sexy as those original (and fake, as it turns out) pictures lead us to believe, it's still a heck of a powerful machine.

I meant the 150 flavor has a potential for a lock of power in that it is a verey heavy buggy and it's only got a 150.

I'd like to see ASW put a 250 in one of their buggys. That'd be awesome.

Especially is they put the SYM250 (I think that's it) in it, the one that pushes 20HP.

Cant wait 'till I can see them in person. I have a carter dealer less then a mile from my house. The owners are idiots though. I'd like to see a Polaris VS Carter comparison Vid on polaris 170 VS Carter 150. I think the minimum on ANY buggy the size of the ones that are out today should be 200 or 250cc. 150cc with maybe 10hp stock is just not enough for something so big and heavy IMHO
