Default New trail master 150

Hello, just looking for some info I got the cart put together and I guess it has a automatic choke the problem is it wont stay running until its warmed up I have adjusted the idle screw up but I don't think I should have to do this everytime any suggestions?

Hi,
I have a trailmaster 150, although I replaced my carb with a manual choke mikuni, the stock one seemed to work pretty good for me at sea level. I've never done it, but I believe you can remove the choke and supply it with power to see if it's doing it's thing. Are you at high altitude? You may have to adjust your jetting a bit.

do you have all of the vacuum lines plugged in? that could cause the erratic idle and constant noodling w/ the idle screw.

Checked that spoke with the vendor and he assured me that this will clean up after break in period which I haven't done yet so maybe this week with some time off work I will do this thanks for the help
