Default Need Help..... Please....Adjusting Comet 40 Series Clutch

Another question for you pro's. I just got off the phone with ARC and they helped me out with all my bolt torque questions on the new billet parts. He told me that I need to adjust the comet clutch to engage about 2800-3000 rpms any thing less than that is really hard on the billet rod. Problem is I DONT NO HOW. I am new to all of this. Could someone be so kind to lead me in the right direction. I have alot of money wrapped up into the motor and would hate to break a new rod. Thank you so much you guys have helped me a ton in the past. Thanks Robert
