Cool 165 HP single seater 20 valves......it'll hurt your face!!!

greetings my fellow go fast enthusiasts, i have recently purchased this gem (correct me if im wrong).

As far as i can tell, it just needs some handling work (ball joints).

some specs:

this is from what i can see.

- it has a running 1600cc toyota 4A-GE 20 Valve engine good for 165HP =D> when it left japan (jdm).
mounted to a 4 speed manual gearbox.

- 2 pot disc brakes all round (from a toyota also i reckon)

- Radiator mounted high above the driver seat (it has a fan)

- havent measured but what seems to be a 20 litre fuel tank mounted at the front.

The tube frame is very well made, cos considering how this thing was stored it could have been far much worse.

The tires you can see here have all gone to hell and are completely deflated. so will have to purchase those and a rev counter.

shall add more info when i give it a once over.

current location u might ask : Nakuru, Kenya.

future plans: if i get a reasonable offer could sell it off because ive got another buggy under construction. (could ship to buyer at his expensive if the price is right)

if i do keep it, i might want to raise it a wee bit probably just change the tire profile and make it meaner looking for the street and occasional dirt road.

Any suggestions or recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks people, if this is in the wrong place please move it admin. Much obliged.

Eric.

Welcome-"Nice buggy"-I'd call it a "gem" especially if it was "CHEAP". If I was to strip a wrecked Toyota that's what I'd build from it. I agree that it needs somemore aggressive tires for ground clearance and stability off-roading on smooth terrain-Are you allowed to drive it on the street? It looks like lots of fun and definetely would have ALL the power you'll ever need. Got pic's of the buggy you're building?
