Default Helix 150 Build

OK...so i got this Helix 150 from a friend (its still his kid's buggy) but illl post up the build and pics/performance specs. basically he gave me the buggy to rebuild and gave me $800 to make it awesome. Awesome is a matter of opinion, but none the less i am not showing him the buggy until i give it back to him. I started with a bone stock Helix 150cc Buggy with the muffler missing (rusted off). after some tweaking i got it to run and gave it back to him for about a week before his son killed it. the head gasket blew BIG...it was shooting exhaust and oil out of where the gasket goes and the clutch was toast...SOOO i got it back to rebuild. the pics in this post are before and after cosmetics...soon to come is the engine build pics and performance stuff.

Here is what i have ordered and will have Wednesday of this coming week i posted links at the end of the parts ordered:

170cc Big bore kit with EVERYTHING in it (see link)
Full gasket kit
Im porting the head myself when it arrives
Clutch kit with a list of stuff and 11 gram weights (see link)
Truck bedliner-ed the whole buggy and hand painted the logos on it
Pontiac Sunfire seats
Fog lights
CBR1000RR brake master cylinder
Stroker crank
Ebay 4-point harnesses (which have worked in 2 rollovers so far and a tree collision)
here are the links:

Stay tuned! ill post pics as parts arrive for the engine and throughout the build...and of course...results after all is said and done (hopefully ill have the whole thing done by the 24th of august)

BTW...the whole engine is disassembled and i found the piston missing a chunk and all the piston between the rings was broken and fell out when i removed the jug. the variator was destroyed, the belt ate itself, and the rollers had HUGE flat spots...now a waiting game for UPS

It's looking really good, I'd do something with the rims too!

well, the kit arrived! i am very impressed with the quality and tolerances of the parts. here are some pictures of whats in the box and what it looks like as well as a comparison between stock parts and the kit...UNFORTUNATELY the gasket kit wont be here until tomorrow and the clutch kit arrives friday, none the less i will have it running by the weekend probably test run on friday.
if you have any questions so far feel free to ask...BY THE WAY the exhaust that comes with the kit comes out the right hand side where the stock helix comes out the left...i mocked it up and it looks like theres plenty of room for this fit and it looks SICK.

Default Master Cylinder

We are looking for a master cylinder for our FOX 150cc ASW with reverse, but there are several to choose from. Can anyone direct me as to which one #C1004 or #12204 (or something else) would work best?
