Was red the one with the bent valve?? If so thats great you got it running. Just a valve replacement and the longer tensioner??

Default Nope

Naw, the red one just got new rings and the head cleaned up, plus all the "pretty" stuff. I've got the head off the blue one and all cleaned up(had the p&p head), put new rings in it too. Now I'm just waiting on my "dear" uncle to finish with it. I still have to finish the "custom" exhaust on the gk17 and it will be all done!

So where did you get your p&p done. Could you tell a big difference on red. I'm really leaning toward a p&p.

Default Ole blue

The p&p is on the blue one and I discovered it when I took the head off. Someone else did it before I got the buggy, but they did a really good job of it!

Ahhhh. I was thinking when you said you cleaned up the head that you were talking about p&p. Glad to hear red is running good and that red is purdy now.
