Default buggy wont start

My wife had purchased a 125cc from scooter depot that we have had for about a month now. I have since learned that this was a huge mistake as there is no customer service. Anyway the buggy will not start with the push button switch. Although i can short the solenoid and it will. I think i have narrowed the problem down to either a bad solenoid or CDI box. All switches appear to check out ok with test light and all connections look to be good. can someone please help me.

If you checked the continuity of the wires and switch contacts, you either have a blown fuse or bad starter solenoid. Your CDI is fine since it runs once started.

Thankyou. That was my thoughts too. Now to get ahold of these fruit loops from scooter depot and order one. Or does anyone know what I could use in its place?
